Crime alert: At approximately 9:25 a.m., Tuesday, July 31, an unknown male suspect attempted to enter an unlocked second-story window at the Lantana House at 750 Campus Drive. The reporting party, who was inside the room, saw the suspect as he opened the window to her room. When the suspect saw the reporting party, he fled. The suspect is described as a white male 20-25 years old, about 6 feet tall, with a thin build and wearing a long-sleeved gray shirt. The Stanford police encourage individuals to keep their doors and windows locked and to report suspicious and criminal activity to the police.
