2013 Medical Contribution Assistance Program: The 2013 Medical Contribution Assistance Program (MCAP) is designed to help university employees whose adjusted gross income is $60,000 or less provide medical coverage for their family members. The program pays up to the full employee contribution of the lowest cost medical plan when eligible employees cover their spouses and/or children.
