The archives of Road & Track magazine come to Stanford

An interdisciplinary team of Stanford researchers exploring the place of the automobile in modern society has inherited the entire 65-year archives of Road & Track magazine. The team has become stewards of the legacy of the legendary auto enthusiast publication.

World braces for another rocket test by North Korea

Initiative aims to enhance math in the early years

Leading educational experts are creating a model for instructing the teachers of young children and disseminating that model to California’s elementary schools and preschools. The effort is a joint project between Stanford and UCLA.

  • IT Services' plans for Winter Closure: Most groups within IT Services will be closed from end of day Friday, Dec. 21 through Friday, Jan. 4 and will resume normal business operations on Monday, Jan 7 at 8 a.m. Services to the hospitals will continue as normal during this time, and staff will be on hand to provide support.
