Cardinal Care rates set for 2012-13: Vaden Health Center has announced the Cardinal Care student health insurance rates for the 2012-13 academic year. The cost of the annual plan will be $3,600, a 6.4 percent increase over the current year’s rate. Cardinal Care will continue to provide comprehensive coverage with enrollment on an annual basis.
