Honors program connects students to policy world

During a five-day trip to Washington, D.C., in September, undergraduates met with more than a dozen officials from government agencies and development groups. The trip is a highlight of the Center on Democracy, Development and the Rule of Law's honors college program.

Employees more productive when working from home

A new study conducted by researchers at the Graduate School of Business found evidence at one company that allowing employees to work from home produced a large productivity boost as well as happier workers.

Stanford releases fundraising results for 2012 fiscal year

Stanford reports a record year in fundraising, both in the dollar amount raised and the level of donor participation. The gifts support pioneering research and teaching and also ensure that the brightest students have a full range of opportunities inside and outside the classroom.
