Stanford delegation goes to Paris to witness COP21

Since the end of November, representatives from more than 195 nations have gathered in Paris for the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change to negotiate a new global environmental agreement. An observer delegation from Stanford, including 30 undergraduate and master’s students, is there. Called COP21, which stands for the 21st session of the Conference of Parties, the conference runs through Friday, Dec. 11. The Stanford delegation has published a multimedia platform titled Stanford@COP21 to record their experiences in the City of Lights. The site includes podcasts, blogs and video diaries, including the one shot on the first day of the conference.
