OAK Airport BART Station Advisory:
Does your OAK to BART journey involve San Leandro or Bay Fair stations? If so, read on:

While BART trains at the Oakland International Airport station will continue to operate normally, during selected weekends between March and June, there will be no BART train service between San Leandro and Bay Fair stations. A bus bridge will be provided between these stations during normal BART operation hours. Airport customers using BART to travel east from the Coliseum Station transfer point should anticipate delays of 30 min to 1 hour caused by the bus bridge. This work is part of BART’s “Building a Better BART” program.
