STANFORDSOCIETY of WOMEN ENGINEERS
The Stanford Chapter of the Society of Women Engineers (SWE) was founded in 1986 with the following mission:
Promote the study of engineering and engineering fundamentals to our local youth through outreach work.
Provide career and academic development opportunities for our collegiate members.
Enhance the diversity of the Stanford engineering community.
Our chapter is comprised of nearly 100 active members today and continues to grow. We are a fun loving group of engineers dedicated to improving engineering at Stanford and the Bay Area.
