Who should take this course?

This course is:

• recommended for learners with prior experience using ePTA Maintenance
• required for subsequent new users (no prior experience using ePTA Maintenance) in order to obtain system access

Pre-requisites:

• FIN-0200: Introduction to Stanford PTA Attributes (recommended for current ePTA Maintenance users; required for new users)

Course objectives:

• Describe PTA Maintenance roles and responsibilities
• Describe the features of PTA Manager's Maintenance module
• Access and navigate the PTA Maintenance module
• Update an attribute for an individual PTA segment
• Update a single attribute for multiple PTAs
• Cancel a scheduled update transaction
• View transactions
