CALPADS Listservs
The CALPADS listservs listed below provide one-way communication from the California Department of Education (CDE) to local educational agencies (LEAs), Student Information System (SIS) vendors, and LEAs utilizing a custom-designed SIS about the development and implementation of CALPADS. The CDE strongly recommends that LEAs and SIS vendors maintain an active subscription to the appropriate CALPADS listserv as they will serve as a vital means of communicating information about the development and implementation of CALPADS. Additional information pertaining to CALPADS can also be obtained at the CDE CALPADS Web page. Here you will find links to the quarterly CALPADS newsletter, current updates, and project milestones. If you have any questions, please submit them via e-mail to calpads@cde.ca.gov.

CALPADS-LEA
The CALPADS-LEA listserv is a private listserv restricted to LEAs. All requests for membership will be reviewed before approval is granted.
CALPADS-SIS-VENDORS
The CALPADS-SIS-VENDORS listserv is an open listserv with no membership restrictions.
CALPADS-LEA-CUSTOM-SIS
The CALPADS-LEA-CUSTOM-SIS listserv is an open listserv with no membership restrictions.
How to subscribe to a listserv
To join a list, send a blank e-mail message by clicking on a subscribe link for the appropriate listserv listed above. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address that was subscribed. You must receive this confirmation request message, and reply to it, in order for your membership to be activated.
If the above subscribe link does not work with your default e-mail client, please submit an e-mail with no message to subscribe-[LISTNAME]@mlist.cde.ca.gov (e.g., subscribe-calpads-lea@mlist.cde.ca.gov).
How to unsubscribe from a listserv
To leave a list, send a blank e-mail message by clicking on a unsubscribe link for the appropriate listserv listed above. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address that was unsubscribed. You must receive this confirmation request message, and reply to it, in order for your membership to be deactivated.
