Nonclassroom-Based Instruction & Funding Determination

Enacted by Senate Bill 740 (Outside Source) (Chapter 892, Statutes of 2001, Education Code [EC] Section 47612.5) (Outside Source) prohibiting charter schools from receiving any funding for nonclassroom-based instruction unless the State Board of Education (SBE) determines its eligibility for funding.
