2014 Season:
Outdoors

Ran 1:50.94 in the first round of the Pac-12 Championships, but did not advance.
• Ran the third leg of the Cardinal 4x400 relay, winning the Big Meet in a season best 3:12.07.
• Led off the 4x800 at the Penn Relays, placing fifth (7:24.99).
• Competed in one 1,500, running 3:51.40 to place 10th in his section of the Stanford Invitational.

Indoors
Moved to No. 5 on Stanford all-time indoor list and all-time freshman list with a personal best 1:49.38 to place sixth in the invitational 800 at the Penn State National.
• Seventh in the MPSF 800 in 1:50.54.
• Ran on Stanford's 4x400 that placed fourth at MPSF's (3:12.20).
• An alternate, but did not run, on Stanford's NCAA champion distance medley relay team in Albuquerque, N.M.
• Made collegiate debut at UW Indoor Preview on Jan. 18, finishing fifth in the 1,000 (2:22.48) and winning the 4x400 relay (3:13.62).
• Ran the third leg in Stanford's all-time 4x400 indoor No. 8 (3:13.11) in winning the Husky Classic.

International:
Finished sixth at the 2013 Pan Am Junior Championships in the 800 in Medellin, Colombia on Aug. 25, 2013.
• Ran 1:52.23 in the race.

High School:

• Ran 3:47.91 for the 1,500 meters at the Toronto International Games to become the fastest Canadian high school runner of 2012 at that distance.
• Has an 800 personal best of 1:50.06.
• Finished second in the 2013 Canadian junior nationals in the 800.
• Sixth in the 1,500 at 2013 junior nationals.
• Won the 2013 Ontario provincial Grade 12 title in the 800 in 1:51.20.
• Went on to finish sixth in the 2012 junior nationals in the 800, clocking 1:52.70.

Personal:

• Major is electrical engineering.
• Has five sisters who won Ontario provincial titles: Maddie, Natalie, and Jessica in track and field, and Emily and Danielle in field hockey.
• Maddie was a track All-America in the multi-events at Notre Dame and two sisters play NCAA Division I field hockey.
• Great uncle Dick Duff won six Stanley Cups, four with the Montreal Canadiens and two with the Toronto Maple Leafs, and was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 2006.
