• Made collegiate debut at the UW Indoor Preview, finishing third in his 800 heat in 1:54.14.
• Also ran a third leg on a 4x400 team that was third in its heat at the UW Indoor Preview.
High School:
• Anchored Kaneland to the 2013 Illinois state 2A 4x800 relay title.
• Won the Midwest Distance Festival 800 in 1:51.33.
• Showed great range, from 400 meters (49.10) to cross country (15:39.10 for three miles).
