STANFORD, Calif. - Stanford senior setter James Shaw, a two-time All-American, sat down with Lee Feinswog of Destination Volleyball to talk about the Cardinal's strong start to the 2016 season.
Shaw ranks in the top 15 this season nationally in assists (10.33) and aces (0.58). As a team, Stanford (5-1, 3-1 MPSF) is in the top 10 in the nation in kills (13.04), assists (12.00), hitting percentage (.331) and digs (9.00).
Stanford hits the road again this week to continue MPSF play at Cal Baptist on Friday, Jan. 29 and at USC on Sunday, Jan. 31. Sunday's match against the Trojans will be televised on the Pac-12 Networks.
