STANFORD, Calif. - Stanford women's rowing completed a very competitive winter camp at the United States Olympic Training Center in Chula Vista, Calif. recently. The camp serves as a bridge between the Fall and Spring seasons and gets everyone back on the water after Winter Break to kick off the championship season.

Highlights include lots of rowing and running the desert trails at the Olympic Training Center, strength and conditioning workouts at several San Diego beaches, and the annual “New Year’s Dilustrothon” designed by Stanford Strength & Conditioning Coach Steve Dilustro. This year’s event was Rose Bowl themed and included running, feats of strength on the beach, a sandcastle building contest and a relay race in the ocean.

The winner: Team WildCaff.

Enjoy all the highlights from this year's winter camp. The championship season begins March 26-27 in the Pac-12 Challenge at Redwood Shores, Calif.
