STANFORD, Calif. – Several kickoff times and broadcast details for upcoming Stanford football games were announced Monday.
The Cardinal’s home debut will be made against first-time opponent Central Florida (Sept. 12) at 7:30 p.m. (PT), televised on FOX Sports 1.
Stanford travels to USC (Sept. 19) for its first Pac-12 affair. ABC will begin its national broadcast at 5 p.m.
A Friday night showdown will pit the Cardinal in a road game at Oregon State (Sept. 25), set to begin at 7 p.m. on FOX Sports 1.
UCLA (Oct. 15) will visit Stanford for a 7:30 p.m. contest on ESPN in a Thursday night tilt.
The Pac-12 Championship Football Game will be played at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California, on Dec. 5. ESPN or ABC will cover the game, which will begin at 4:45 p.m. or 5 p.m.
The television coverage and start times of Stanford’s remaining games will be announced later in the season.
Stanford finished the 2014 season with a 45-21 victory against Maryland in the Foster Farms Bowl, and posted an 8-5 record while playing in its school-record sixth consecutive bowl game. Stanford is 54-13 since 2010, and one of five Power 5 schools with 11 or more wins in four of the last five seasons.
