Send Targeted Emails

Use the Employer Communication Tool (labeled Request Communication With Students) on the Recruiter Dashboard to reach out to students and notify them of upcoming events or of your interest in their candidacy at your organization.

With the Employer Communication Tool, you can target students who have indicated their industry and function preferences.

Make Use of Campus Ambassadors

Keep in touch with former employees or summer interns who are currently MBA students, and enlist their help in recruiting.

Offer Site Visits or Treks

Site visits or treks give our students a direct way to experience your company culture. Work with your Recruiting Relationship Manager to avoid any scheduling conflicts that could impact your event.
