Steve Moran, The Director of Business Enterprises is directly responsible to supervise the management of all business enterprises for the Colony, including smoke shops, property management, and gaming. The Director provides capital budgeting analysis for RSIC staff and the Council.
The Tribe owns and operates five smoke shops. Through the operation of five retail stores selling tobacco products to the public at reduced prices, revenues are generated for the Tribes' general fund. These funds are used by the Tribal Council to expand and diversify Tribal enterprises and support vital services to the membership and colony residents.
