Kali Tileston, MD

  • “There is nothing more rewarding than helping a patient heal and thrive.”

I love pediatric orthopedics because it's a very visual specialty, which allows me to engage with my patients. I can show children x-rays and skeleton models and really get them excited and involved in their own care. I try to create an environment where they feel comfortable asking me questions and feel like part of the team.

I want to create a fun, kid-friendly experience during a potentially stressful time. I feel very privileged to be a part of these children's lives so I treat every child as though they were my own. I try to leave work every day knowing I gave the best care I possibly could to every patient.

My goal is for every family to leave knowing they received personalized, exceptional care. I try to make sure everyone in the room has a thorough understanding of the care plan and that they do not leave my office until all of their questions are answered. I try to see each visit not only as the physician, but also through the eyes of the patient and the parent.
