VTA Releases Preliminary Envision Silicon Valley Project Evaluation

VTA has released the preliminary results of the Envision Silicon Valley Project Evaluation.

The projects included in this evaluation are the result of a Call for Projects that VTA conducted in 2015. We worked with cities, the County, civic groups, stakeholders and the public to develop a list of new and updated projects to be included in Envision Silicon Valley and Plan Bay Area 2040. The VTA Board of Directors adopted the comprehensive list that resulted, and VTA staff began to analyze how well each would achieve the Board's adopted goals.

Each project or group of projects was analyzed based on Evaluation Criteria designed to measure how well the project meets the goals for the Envision Silicon Valley program the VTA Board of Directors adopted. The analysis will help community members, stakeholders and policy makers decide which projects should be considered for a ballot measure.

Download the Project Evaluation or view it embedded below to learn more about the projects. This preliminary project evaluation may be updated as the results are further analyzed, and some additional projects will be added to the document shortly.‚Äč
