  • Thing I will do to avoid studying: Shower, Clean bedroom, do dishes, clean bathroom, walk the dog, watch television, read a book, play video games... etc. However on the average day I will not do 6 of the things on this list. At which point I might substitute studying for doing said thing I should actually be doing.
