Its funny because all of you people talk shit and think anxiety and panic disorder is being a bitch.. Yes it is mind over matter but just like Royce said in the beginning once you have 1 panic attack it is inevitable that you are succeptible to many more. Nobody understands the mental illness and couldnt possibly unless one has endured the horror's of it. I suffer everyday from it its a very evil disorder and no1 should have to go through it.
