U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Resources
- Air Now
A collaboration between the U.S. EPA, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Association (NOAA), National Park Service, and tribal, state, and local agencies to provide the public with easy access to national air quality information and the air quality index (AQI) for local areas.

- Clean Cities Program
A U.S. Department on Energy (DOE) program that provides information to support local decisions to adopt alternative fuels and vehicles, fuel blends, fuel economy, hybrid electric vehicles, and idling reductions. - It All Adds Up to Cleaner Air
A unique public education and partnership-building initiative developed, collaboratively, by several federal agencies to help regional, state, and community efforts to reduce traffic congestion and air pollution.

A tool for air quality communicators that provides up-to-date information on state and local air-related news, products, events, programs, and activities. - Going Places, Making Choices
This innovative curriculum, developed by National 4–H Council, is experiential and focuses on raising the awareness of high school students about transportation and personal mobility choices now and in the future. - National Association of Clean Air Agencies (NACAA, formerly formerly STAPPA and ALAPCO)
