Josh Haskell is an ABC News digital journalist, based in New York. In his work as a field producer, serving all of ABC News' broadcast and digital platforms, Haskell has traveled to Boston to cover the terror attack and also spent ten days in Cleveland following the rescue of Amanda Berry, Gina DeJesus, and Michelle Knight after they were held captive for a decade. While at ABC, Haskell also has been on the ground covering some of the biggest news events of the past three years, including the 2012 Iowa Caucus, the 2012 Democratic National Convention, Hurricane Sandy, the shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School, and Super Bowl XLVIII. Haskell also contributes as a reporter for World News Now, ABC's overnight show covering news of day. He joined ABC News in June 2011 as a Carnegie fellow in the Brian Ross Investigative Unit and went on to work on the political assignment desk, covering the 2012 presidential election. Before joining ABC News, Haskell served as a general assignment reporter for KSNW-TV, the NBC affiliate in Wichita, Kans. Haskell is a graduate of the University of Michigan and the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism.
