Jeff has the unique experience of having been on both sides of the career table. He was a tech recruiter at Microsoft before joining Stanford and is excited to bring this perspective to the companies he works with. Jeff’s passion is helping students get “the in” to opportunities and enjoys bridging the connection between recruiters and students.

Unplugged at Stanford

Info session 2.0 on the farm

Companies showcase themselves through a 1:1 conversation via Google Hangouts and conveniently participate from wherever they are in the world – questions are crowd sourced during a live broadcast. The conversation is recorded for students to view at a later date through YouTube.

 

#TechforLibArts

A series of on-campus events for tech companies that hire non-technical students.

Each event represents a specific location (i.e. #TechforLibArts – Seattle). 3-4 companies present for 10-15 minutes, followed by networking with students seeking positions. Highlighted locations include the Bay Area, Seattle, New York City and Austin.

 

Company Visits

In the spring ’15 quarter, Tesla hosted 20 students seeking summer internships for a tour and information sharing at their local headquarters resulting in 4 hires.
