Ric Roi is a Senior Vice President with Right Management and serves as the Practice Leader in the Pacific U.S. for the Global Develop Center of Excellence.  

Consulting Experience
Ric brings over 17 years of international consulting experience to his role specializing in leadership development, strategic change implementation, and building organizational capabilities. As Right Management’s Regional Practice Leader - Develop, Ric manages the development and delivery of leadership, executive coaching and succession management solutions for clients.  

Ric has provided integrated consulting services to a diverse and unique group of global corporate clients including: Cisco Systems, Gap Inc., Wells Fargo, Visa International, HP, The Boeing Company, Intel Corporation, Johnson & Johnson, Mercer Delta, Biogen IDEC, Johnson Controls Inc., Sharp Microelectronics, Teltone Corporation, and The Robbins Company. Additionally he has served as an advisor on organizational change projects at Kaiser Permanente, AT&T, and Macy's.

In 2005 Ric led a breakthrough research study with Fortune 400 firms measuring the impact of leadership, adaptive culture and long-term financial performance. This study demonstrated a strong return on investment for companies who invest in improving agility and flexibility in their organizations.

Business/Organizational Leadership Experience
Prior to joining Right Management, Ric was a Partner and VP of Change Solutions at an international change management consulting firm, where he served as primary practice and thought leader responsible for the change management toolkit, publications, research, and change leadership learning programs.

Education
Ric also serves as a graduate faculty member at the University of San Francisco in the Masters program, teaching in Human Resource and organizational Development.
