What if I can’t remember my username and password?
Your username is always a full email address. You can reset your password via the Forgot Password? link on the MyChart login page.
What if I can’t remember my Password Security Answers, or the Password Reset doesn’t work?
Call us. We can review them with you over the phone after verifying your identity.
I can see my children’s bills, why can’t I see their medical records?
The MyChart account holder will need to sign a MyChart Proxy Consent form in person at the doctor’s office for each child. To gain access to medical records online, we’re looking to verify identity and custody in person. Once signed we can link your MyChart account to the medical records.
I can see my children’s medical records, why can’t I see their bills?
Only the person listed as the guarantor for the child can view the billing information.
What if my spouse is the guarantor but I want to pay the bills through my MyChart account?
You will need to call your child’s doctor’s office and ask that they switch you to the guarantor. At that point we can link your MyChart
