Presentation of recent work to develop infrastructure for research in online learning environments.
Over the past two years Mitchell Stevens, associate professor of education, has been working in tandem with Candace Thille, assistant professor of education; the Office of the Vice Provost for Teaching and Learning, and the Institute for Research in the Social Sciences (IRiSS) to develop infrastructure for research in online learning environments. On March 9 from 11 AM - Noon in the Barnum Hub, the team will be providing a demonstration of recent work. All are welcome to attend. If you have considered doing research in online learning, or would like to connect your own efforts in this arena with an adjacent community, we’d love to see you there. The measure of what we are doing is the extent of its use by others and we are eager for advice.
