Kimberly Grey’s first collection of poems, The Opposite of Light, won the 2015 Lexi Rudnitsky First Book Prize and will be published by Persea Books in 2016. Her poetry has appeared in The Kenyon Review, Tin House, A Public Space, Southern Review, Boston Review, jubilat, TriQuarterly and other journals. Her work was chosen for inclusion in the 2011 Best New Poets Anthology and has been featured on Poetry Daily and Verse Daily. She was awarded a Wallace Stegner Fellowship in Poetry from 2012-2014 and a fellowship to Civitella Ranieri in Umbria, Italy. Originally from New Jersey, she now resides in the San Francisco Bay Area.
