Former Stanford Student-Athlete Block S Society Membership
The Block S Society is a group whose members are Stanford varsity student-athlete alumni. The moment a varsity student-athlete graduates or leaves Stanford, they become a member of the Block S Society. The mission of the Block S Society is to honor varsity student-athlete alumni for their contributions to Stanford Athletics and keep them connected to all things Cardinal through social, educational, and philanthropic endeavors.
Block S Society Tickets
Block S Society members are eligible to receive one (1) complimentary ticket to all regularly scheduled home sporting events on a space-available basis. Block S Society members can purchase additional, adjacent tickets when claiming their free ticket. Tickets are not available for special events, postseason, or NCAA championships.
Complimentary Block S tickets are intended for the exclusive use of the former Stanford student-athlete and may not be resold. Stanford Athletics reserves the right to revoke complimentary ticket claiming privileges from any account determined by Stanford Athletics, in its sole discretion, to be in violation of this policy.
If this is your first time claiming a ticket, please create a new account by clicking the "Register New Account" button. Please note, your account will not be active immediately. You will receive a second email 2-3 business days after registering your account when you will then be able to claim your ticket.
If you already have a Block S Society ticket account, the Block S ticket claiming period begins at 9 a.m. the Monday prior to the eligible sporting event. Ticket claiming closes 3 hours prior to game time, or until the allotment is sold out. Walk-up ticket requests will not be accepted on the day of the event. Block S tickets for all eligible regular season home games must be claimed online in advance to be guaranteed. Block S tickets for the Stanford vs. Notre Dame football game are sold out.

Q: Who is eligible for Block S Society tickets?
A: All former Stanford varsity student-athletes are eligible to create a Block S Society ticket account. Current graduate students receive complimentary access to regular season sporting events and are ineligible for the Block S Society ticket program, regardless of their former student-athlete status.
Q: Am I eligible to claim a ticket immediately after setting up my account?
A: No. Please allow 2-3 business days before tickets are available to you. You will receive a second email alerting you of your account activation.
Q: How many Block S Society tickets can be claimed for an individual game?
A: One (1) ticket may be claimed per game. If you are looking for more tickets, you may
purchase additional adjacent tickets online or you can call the Ticket Office at (800)-STANFORD.
Q: When can I claim a ticket?

Q: Will I always get a ticket?
A: No. Tickets are subject to availability on a game-by-game basis. Tickets are not available for special events, postseason, or NCAA championships.

A: Block S Society tickets are non-transferrable and may only be redeemed and used by the former student-athlete. We reserve the right to revoke any ticket found to be sold elsewhere.

A: No. Block S Society tickets are only available for scheduled regular season home sporting events on a space-available basis.
Q: Is the Buck/Cardinal Club the same as the Block S Society?
A: No. The Buck/Cardinal Club is the annual fund for Stanford Athletics. The Buck/Cardinal Club provides scholarship and program support to all 36 varsity sports.
