• Was the third senior at the 2013 Foot Locker cross country nationals. and the top Californian, while placing eighth overall in 15:24 on the hilly 5K San Diego course.
• Earned a prestigious victory at the 2013 Mt. SAC Team Sweepstakes cross country race.
• Won the 2013 North Coast Section Division I title by nearly a minute, covering three miles in 14:30.
• Was fourth in the state Division I cross country championship.
• In track, finished fourth in the 2014 California state meet in the 3,200 meters (8:58.85).
• Ran 3,200 personal best of 8:58.28 at the 2014 Arcadia Invitational.
• NCS Tri-Valley champion and NCS Meet of Champions runner-up in 3,200 in 2014.
• Was a two-mile best of 8:58.51 at the 2014 Brooks PR Invitational in Renton, Wash.
• Ran 1,600 best of 4:08.33 in finishing second at the 2014 NCS Tri-Valley Championships.
