• Set personal record of 9:14.46 in finishing second at the Big Meet in the steeplechase.
• Earned 1,500 PR of 3:50.67 by finishing seventh in his heat of the Stanford Invitational.
• Named Pac-12 All-Academic honorable mention.

Indoors

• Ran a 4:10.29 mile while competing unattached at the Husky Classic on Feb. 15.

• Ran two meets in 2014, placing 19th at the USF Invitational.

High School:

• Three-time All-Greater Spokane League in both cross country and track.
• Holds the Joel E. Ferris (15:38) and Mead High School (15:49) cross-country course records.
• Owns personal bests of 51.6 for 400 meters, 1:57.0 for 800 meters, 4:10.05 for the mile, 9:06 for the 3,200 meters and 15:25 for the 5K.
• Led Ferris to the 2009 4A Washington state title.
• Also led Ferris to GSL and regional team victories.
• Helped Ferris to a third-place finish at the 2008 state championships.
• Placed 10th at the 2009 Nike Cross Nationals, helping Ferris to a runner-up team finish.
