Seawell Family Boardroom (Bass Center Room 400)

Oberndorf Event Center (North Building Room 302)
- Seating for up to 300 guests
- Room can be separated into three sections for smaller events

Instructional Spaces (Gunn Building Rooms 101 & 102, Zambrano Room 301)
These spaces are available for reservation after each quarter’s add deadline.

Vidalakis Dining Hall
Located at Schwab Residential Center, the hall’s elegant ambiance is ideal for your formal event or professional meeting.
- Seats up to 325 guests
- Room can be separated into three sections for smaller events
- Moveable furnishings provide flexibility
A minimum catering order of $750 per section is required ($2,250 for the entire room), in addition to your room usage fee.
Outdoor Space
Community Court
This large, open grassy area can be used in conjunction with indoor space reservations for a full-scale conference, or alone for an expansive outdoor banquet. With tenting, the space can be used year-round.
Town Square
This easy-to-find location features attractive pavers and small shade trees, which provide a beautiful foundation for an outdoor reception or banquet. This space can also be tented and can accommodate groups up to 500.
Stanford GSB Bowl
This fairly private outdoor location can be used as an informal amphitheater with seating on the grass, or for a formal reception and banquet with up to 250 guests.
Palm Courtyard
Located in the center of Schwab Residential Center, the courtyard can host up to 400 people. Beautiful sculptures and signature palm trees adorn the space, creating a truly unique location on the Stanford campus for your event.
