Residential Education, through its residence staff, provides four primary functions in each residence consisting of Intellectual engagement, support for academic progress and success, development of a pluralistic community, and training and development in leadership and management skills through in-house Events and Programming.

Programming is the most direct tool that residence staff have, in order to carry out the mission of Residential Education. The overall goal is to create safe and vibrant learning communities within each student residence by enabling the student staff to create and implement various activities and events during the academic year. Here, you'll find advice related to planning an event for your residence as well as information related to the ResEd Special Programming Funds process.
