Welcome to the School of H&S Facilities and Capital Planning

The Facilities and Capital Planning Department within the Humanities and Sciences Dean’s Office strives to provide quality planning, health and safety, and project management services which support the faculty, staff, research and students of the school. Our vision is to achieve customer satisfaction and employee excellence and we value accountability, communication, cooperation, fairness and trust.

This is accomplished by:

With more than one million square feet of teaching and research facilities spread out over 60 buildings, the School of Humanities and Sciences is the largest school in the University. Many of our buildings are part of the original construction of the campus, such as the Main Quad, while others are newly opened like the McMurty Art/Art History Building (view construction webcam).
