When you post an HD video on Facebook from a computer, it will automatically upload in HD.

To post a video in HD:

Click Photo/Video at the top of your News Feed or timeline.
Select the HD video you'd like to share.
Select your audience, then click Post.

We’ll process your video and let you know when it’s ready to see.
