    Most Bar athlete groups have requirements to be part of them, well this is the requirement from the bar brothers that we incorporated into our workout, great workout on its own but even better for getting pumped and having that blood flowing.

    7 muscle ups
    25 dips
    10 pull ups
    25 pushups
    10 leg raises
    7 muscle ups
    ALL UNDER 5 mins!

    Pushups, muscle ups and bodyweigth dips and pull ups are all forms of calisthenics. Calisthenics is the name given to repetitive exercises that use the resistance of your own body to build strength, increase flexibility and burn fat.
