Policy and Oversight
The Policy Oversight and Training Division at EPA is responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining acquisition regulations and policies
- Maintaining directives and guidance related to green procurement
- Administering the Agency’s Government Purchase Card Program
- Managing the acquisition training program
- Responding to Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Requests
- Providing oversight in acquisition matters
- Performing contract financial monitoring
- Managing the contract audit resolution program
- Approving indirect cost rates for contractors and State agencies
- Providing acquisition support to EPA’s contracting community
