Fitness & Rec Classes

Have fun staying fit and healthy with a Stanford fitness or recreation class!

Fitness classes include aquatics, boxing, cycling, bouldering, TRX, Pilates and many more. Drop in to any of them with a group fitness quarter pass or day pass, which eligible faculty and staff can purchase at the BeWell discounted rate. Or, take a recreation class for professional instruction in tennis, golf or Ashtanga Yoga.

Spouses, dependents 18 and older, and retirees can take classes too, with a valid courtesy ID or recreation access card. Postdocs can take classes at the student discounted rate.
