The director of the Diversity and Access Office assists Stanford University in developing an annual Affirmative Action Plan (AAP) as required by Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act and VEVRAA. The AAP describes policies, practices and procedures that Stanford implements to ensure equal employment opportunity. Stanford employees and applicants can contact Rosa Gonzalez, director of the Diversity and Access Office, to review the AAP.
