Information for Students

The internship program is designed to enrich graduate studies and provide students with opportunities to better connect their academic learning to real-world experience. We strongly believe that students should only participate in internships which directly advance their career goals.

Internships are a valuable resource to explore a new career area of interest.  On average 60% of Stanford GSE MA students complete at least one internship.  In 2014, 40% of students who participated in internships said that the internship led directly or indirectly to their job after graduation!

To search for an internship, log on to the EdCareers Database, click on "All Jobs/Internships” under the RED “Jobs” Tab, and use advanced search to search by “Position Type: Internship (Student Position)”.

Internship resources are available to you here and in the Document Library on the EdCareers Database.

If you have any questions after reviewing these resources, please contact Loida Feliz, Associate Director of EdCareers, at loifeliz@stanford.edu
