Contacting the EE Admissions Staff
Before reaching out to our admissions staff, we ask that you first refer to our admissions information pages, including our FAQ pages, as most questions can be answered from the information on our website.
Email is the primary method for contacting the EE Admissions staff. Please allow 2-3 business days during non-peak periods (April-October) and 3-4 business days during peak periods (November-March) for a response.
If you wish to speak with someone in EE Admissions, please send us an email at admissions@ee.stanford.edu with a brief description of your request and we will contact you to arrange a phone meeting. Please do not email or call other members of the EE staff/faculty or Stanford’s central Office of Graduate Admissions regarding your application.

To arrange a meeting with our admissions staff during our office hours please send us an email at admissions@ee.stanford.edu.
We are unable to set up meetings between prospective applicants and faculty. If you are interested in meeting with a particular faculty member, please contact him/her directly. Links to faculty webpages containing their contact information can be found in the People section of this website.
