Forbes magazine has chosen four Stanford students for its 2014 list of "30 under 30 in Energy and Industry."

Undergraduates Daniel Maren, Andrew Ponec and Darren Hau were recognized for cofounding Dragonfly Systems, a company that streamlines solar panel installation. Their work was supported by a seed grant from Stanford's TomKat Center for Sustainable Energy.

Forbes selected graduate engineering student Adam Kell for inventing the FlameStower, a portable power source that generates electricity from cookstoves or campfires.
