Bhumibol had been king since 1946 and his succession could be a tough test for Thailand, where the government is run by a military junta and where Crown Prince Vajiralongkorn has not earned the same respect as his father.
King Bhumibol Adulyadej was a keen jazz saxophonist who once shared a stage with Benny Goodman. He also held a patent for rain-making technology. Bhumibol came to the throne in June 1946, meaning few Thais remember any other ruler.

+nigel thomas You had to go there with your P comment to show you are no better than trump. We Americans have a choice between two rich liberals who have morals that dont live up to mine. However, one wants open borders which would turn us into Europe. The other one wants to keep out illegals who would come here, overload our welfare and healthcare system. The choice is clear. Also one would get rid of laws that hinder job producing growth. The other would increase taxes on job producers. As i said the choice is clear. Too bad its too late for you.

The New York Times quoted two women, Jessica Leeds and Rachel Crooks, as describing public encounters during which Trump grabbed or kissed them inappropriately.

Separately, the Palm Beach Post quoted Mindy McGillivray of Palm Springs, Fla., as saying Trump groped her 13 years ago at Mar-a-Lago, his estate in Palm Beach.
The Trump campaign sharply denied the reports as politically motivated attempts to sink his candidacy.
