Bio

As a second-year PhD student in the Emmett Interdisciplinary Program in Environment and Resources, I aim to quantify relationships between environmental exposure and child and infant health outcomes. I am particularly interested in the impact of ambient particulate matter on child respiratory health in Dhaka, Bangladesh, as well as the role of the brick kiln industry in contributing to particulate matter pollution. Broadly, I hope to use data science and community-engaged field methods to examine policy-relevant environmental health issues.
