How to Request an Official Electronic Transcript in Axess

Students and Alumni who have access to Axess can request an official electronic transcript directly through Axess on the Student Tab.

1. Select the Request Official Transcript from the “Academics” drop down menu.

2. Select the appropriate transcript type and then from the drop down menu select the “Electronic Transcript” option.

3. This will allow you to send the transcript electronically by entering a Contact Name in the Select Recipient Information field and email Address.  You may also send the transcript electronically to AMCAS or LSAC by selecting one of the appropriate radio buttons, as highlighted below.

4. Click on the "Submit" button

Can I request an official electronic transcript if I no longer have access to log into Axess?

Yes, students who graduated more than 5 years ago and no longer have an active SUNETID and password can still request electronic transcripts using the Alumni Transcript Request Form.  Requests can be made via mail, email, or in person at the Student Services Center located at Tresidder Memorial Union, 2nd floor. We are unable to accept telephone or rush requests. If you wish to place your request via email ( you must attached a scanned copy of your signed transcript request form.
