SHC Patient, Nov 2015
Dr. Ruoff did an outstanding job going over medical history, discussing my diagnosis and explaining treatment options, including non-pharmaceutical strategies for managing some of my symptoms. He is an active listener, compassionate and did not rush me during my appt. He was not distracted and despite having a student shadowing him, his full attention was on me. I feel lucky to have gotten to opportunity to meet with him.
SHC Patient, Oct 2015
The student I saw was some what rude and unconcerned. Dr. Ruoff was great as usual.

This is a five-star doctor. Not many of those.
SHC Patient, Jun 2015
Dr. Ruoff needs to be aware that when he speaks outside the door with his fellow that you can hear the comments he makes about the patient & the decisions I made about my body/my health. Which meant others could hear my medical decisions as well.
SHC Patient, Jun 2015

SHC Patient, Apr 2015
My experience with all personnel was very satisfactory.
SHC Patient, Apr 2015
Dr. Ruoff is always very thorough. He always reviews the data off my cpap machine and points out anything that he might be concerned about(e.g. major leakage).During the most recent visit I told him my DME company didn't let me try a nasal pillow without first doing a sleep study to prove that I do breathe through my nose since I had a radio frequency for turbinate reduction done recently.Dr. Ruoff then took me to one of the sleep study rooms to try out a nasal pillow to see if it's something that'll work for me.Unfortunately,it didn't work but at least he let me try it first. He also tested out a different full face mask since I'm due for a new one.He made sure that it had a good seal before writing the script for it.He also told me about the "latest and greatest" cpap machine and how it works. That was the same one he wrote a script for me as well, since I'm due for a new machine too. He's awesome!
SHC Patient, Apr 2015
Dr. Ruof was and is an amazing, very caring, compassionate and brilliant physician.
SHC Patient, Mar 2015
Chad Ruoff is an exemplary doctor. He's both knowledgeable and facile at sharing his knowledge & insights in terms I understand. And, at the same time, he is exceptionally nice. Sad to say, I rarely see a knowledgeable doctor who is also kind. I also appreciate that he does not use the computer until the end of the visit, atg which point he invites the patient to validate his visit summary.
SHC Patient, Mar 2015
This provider sometimes does not return MyHealth inquires in a timely fashion.
