• Event title
• Event date and time
• Event location
• Event website
• Event sponsors
• Estimated number of attendees
• Contact person, including email and/or phone number
• Name/subject specialty of your desired speaker
• Detailed description of the event, including the name of any other speakers and the topic of discussion for the requested speaker and any other matters of interest you would like us to address
• Amount of time your speaker is required
• Whether any travel expenses are reimbursable
• Whether meals will be provided
• When you need a response
