Followed all tips, completed forms, assembled everything and mailed my EB2 AOS package to Nebraska office back in Oct 2020. No result yet.

why have you done absolutely nothing to speed up k1 processing times. Since we applied in may 2022 the time has gone from 8 months to 15! That’s inhumane. And why charge 535 for a visa that is now taking longer than the spousal visa? You are literally ruining our lives

It’s inhumane to have a couple stay apart 15+ months. For K-1 visa completed in last 6 months, average processing time has increased from 11 to 15 months. USCIS established new internal cycle time goals to reducing processing backlogs in 3/2022, but why are we seeing a slowdown!?

I believe we should not be charged for the remainder of our K1 process having to wait 15 months. 6 months start to finish to 15 months, how? The uncertainty is killing us. You are putting our lives on hold. I need my sick mother to be at my wedding before the inevitable.
