Totally makes sense to reject forms submitted with wrong fees. How about also making sure of processing forms that are submitted with correct fees? I paid correct 485 filing fee, I-140 filing+premium fees & fingerprint fee but my EB2 India case is still pending since 2020.

We paid the correct fees however our processes are delayed . On the other hand we have people entering US in few days without interviews , no background check. American citizens should be first. Family reunification should be first. Fiancés and spouses should be first. Please !

It would be nice to see India tourists coming to America with a free 90 days e-visa on arrival with less hassles this coming 2023. This will be good for US tourism, as well.
